Ingredients
  

  • 1 9oz Bag Romaine Or 1-2 heads
  • 1 4oz Container of Plain Crumbled Goat Cheese
  • 2 Cups Baby Arugula
  • 1/2 Jar Poppyseed Lighthouse Dressing
  • 1/2 5.5oz Bag Glazed/Candied Pecans
  • 1 Lb Strawberries Or about 8-10 medium sized strawberries

Instructions
 

  • Cut your strawberries into slices. Typically about 3 slices per strawberry.
  • Optional: Break your pecans into smaller pieces so they blend into the salad more.
  • Combine your romaine and arugula and mix together.
  • Top with goat cheese, pecans & strawberries. (If traveling with this dish, I recommend waiting to put this together until you are about to eat so it doesn't get soggy)
  • Top with about half of the poppy seed dressing.
